At Clue Labs, we’re confident in the power of our platform to help you grow. That’s why we offer a simple, bold promise:

If you don’t achieve 3x growth on at least one post in your first 30 days using Clue Labs, we’ll refund your first month’s subscription fee.

To make this fair and effective for both of us, here are the full terms and conditions that govern this offer:

 

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

a) Active Use of Clue Labs

You must have actively used Clue Labs to generate and guide your content strategy within your first 30 days of signing up.

Specifically, you must have published at least 50% of the post suggestions provided by Clue Labs during that period.

b) Clear Use of Clue’s Suggestions

You must be able to reasonably demonstrate that the posts you published were influenced by Clue Labssuggestions.

This includes showing alignment with the ideas, formats, or post types generated by the platform (e.g., screenshots, your Clue Labs dashboard, post briefs, etc.).

c) Minimum Posting Activity

You must have published a minimum of three (3) pieces of content across your chosen social platform(s) during the first 30 days.

 

2. Definition of “3x Growth”

“3x growth” refers to a single post (created using Clue Labs strategy) receiving at least 3 times the average performance of your pre-Clue Labs posts on the same platform.

Eligible metrics include:

Reach

Impressions

Engagements (likes, comments, shares, saves)

The comparison is made between:

The 30 days prior to using Clue Labs, and

The first 30 days of using Clue Labs.

Growth must be based on organic results only (i.e. no boosted or paid content).

 

3. Refund Scope

If eligible, you will receive a refund of your first month’s Clue Labs subscription fee only.

No further compensation, damages, or refunds will be granted under this offer.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of successful verification and returned to your original payment method.

 

4. Important Limitations

This guarantee does not cancel your subscription. If you wish to stop using Clue Labs, you must cancel your subscription or email support@cluelabs.co.uk for support with your cancelation.

You may cancel at any time, but only first-month payments are eligible for refund under this guarantee.

This offer is valid once per customer/company.

Refund requests must be submitted no later than 35 days after your sign-up date.

Clue Labs reserves the right to deny refund requests that:

Show insufficient use of the platform

Include content that clearly does not align with platform suggestions

Include inauthentic or manipulated performance data (e.g., engagement pods, bots)

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To claim your refund:

Email hello@cluelabs.co.uk with the subject line: 3x Guarantee Refund Request

Include:

Your account email address

The link(s) to the Clue-generated post(s)

Supporting analytics data showing performance vs your average prior to using Clue Labs

Screenshots or notes showing you followed Clue Labs content suggestions

We’ll respond within 3–5 working days and either approve your refund or request additional info.

 

6. Final Note

This guarantee is designed to reward honest effort and smart experimentation using Clue Labs. If you show up and use the platform with intention, we believe you’ll get results — and if not, we’ll stand by our word.
